This Terms of Service Agreement is made between Myilraj G (owner and founder), (hereinafter referred to as myilraj.com) Website and you, is made effective as of the date of electronic acceptance.
In these terms, a reference to "website", "webpage", "site", "we", "us", "our", and "ours" refers to www.myilraj.com and its admin and founders.
In these terms, a reference to “subscriber(s)”, “customer(s)”, “member(s)”, “registrant(s)”, “person(s)”, “visitor(s)”, “reader(s)”, “you”, and “your(s)” refers to the members and/or other persons and/or any other legal entity visiting our Website and using or intend to use our services purchased or accessed through our Website along with other policies as follows Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy.
In these terms, “materials” defines the following meaning as “text”, “graphics”, “images”, “audios”, “videos”, “software”, “applications”, “scripts” and any other forms of information’s which can store in a computer (or) displayed in this website.
Therefore, you hereby declare that you agree to these terms and conditions before and when using our website or any services related to Web Hosting, Domain Registration, and Digital Marketing services. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. Myilraj.com at its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify any part or whole of this agreement or any policies (including privacy policy, disclaimer, payment policy, refund policy, shipping policy - if applicable) which are incorporated herein, at any time and such changes or modifications shall take immediate effect upon posting on this site.
You acknowledge and agree that Myilraj.com may notify any such changes or modifications by updating this page on this site by posting the changes and shall constitute your acceptance of this agreement as last revised. Dates may be published on this page.
Note: If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement as last revised, do not use (or continue to use) any of our services availed through our site.

1. Eligibility
This site or any services that are found on this site are available only to the users who have the legal age limit applicable under law. By using our site or the services found in our site, you represent and warrant that you are:

- otherwise recognized as being able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
If you intend to use our services from this site on or behalf of any corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have all the legal authority rights to bind such corporate entity to the terms and conditions in this agreement. At any later stage or on or during or after account setup, if we suspect you do not have the legal authority to bind such corporate entity, you will be responsible for all any means of direct or indirect obligations contained in this agreement. Myilraj.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in such a situation. If at any time for reasonable doubt about such authenticity, we reserve the right to require any additional authentication from you.
2. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
Spamming refers to the term of sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages over the Internet. We strictly don’t tolerate such spam as it may affect our loyal customers and to maintain the integrity of our platform and our network, and provide continuous uninterrupted service to our other subscribers, we currently don’t offer our services for such a purpose. In this case, no refunds will be provided.
3. Payment Information (Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy)
The customer agrees to pay all applicable fees/charges during the registration process for the online courses and / buying an ebook, subject to these terms. You hereby agree to update all your account-related information and contact information for billing purposes. The customer can our billing team by sending a direct email to letsconnect@myilraj.com with all required information being used by the customer.
Note: Any credits are not refundable or non-transferable and only can be used for future billing purposes by Myilraj.com.
3.1. Cancellations
The Customer agrees to notify Myilraj.com about the customer’s intent to cancel the booked courses or any other online service within 24Hrs of the payment by sending an email to letsconnect@myilraj.com. The same request will be accepted only upon the verification of the original owner, as determined by Myilraj.com.
3.2. Refund Policy
No refund will be processed if you are found violated or suspected violation of this agreement. However, our customers have the right to cancel his/her/its services at any time, before or after the payment for the respective services within the time frame of 1 (one) Day (24 Hrs) from the date of activation or registration.
The refund will be processed only for valid reasons and the entire decision is at our sole discretion. No refunds will be made if your reasons are not acceptable.
If any customer requires a refund for a valid reason, Myilraj.com will process the same only for the amount we received through any payment system on file excluding the respective tax deductions and payment gateway charges. In this case, we cannot offer a refund to taxed amounts, and also Myilraj.com agrees to offer a refund after deducting Rs.300 + Tax (if applicable) or 10% whichever is higher.
4. Money Back Guarantee
2 (two) days money back guarantee is applicable only for Ebook (written by Myilraj. G) and not any other services. If the customer is not satisfied with our services within the first 2 days of your service, you will be given a full refund deducting necessary charges as mentioned in our refund policy (refer 3.2).
5. Additional Rights
Myilraj.com reserves the rights to deny, cancel, suspend, lock or modify any or all courses or services or even terminate any user access for any reason (as determined by Myilraj.com at its sole discretion), including but not limited to the following conditions:
i.) To correct the mistakes that happened in our services.
ii.) to protect the integrity and stability of our business.
iii.) to assist with fraud and abuse detection and prevention efforts.
iv.) to comply with local and international laws, rules, and regulations.
v.) to comply with the requests of any law enforcement agency, including subpoena requests.
vi.) To comply with any dispute resolution process.
vii.) to safeguard the public interest and rights defending any threatening action.
viii.) to avoid any civil or criminal liability on the part of Myilraj.com, its officers, directors, staff, employers, and agents, as well as our affiliates.
6. Price Change
The amount you paid the first time of your registration will never increase and in some exceptions, we reserve the right to change the prices listed on Myilraj.com. We also hold the right to increase, decrease or modify the price of any courses, ebooks, (or) any products either tangible (or) intangible listed on this site.
7. Discounts and Offers
Discounts and coupon codes are offered at some time for first-time customers only and may not be used towards the purchase of any courses or ebooks or any other services listed on this website.
8. Trademark and Copyright laws
Myilraj.com is committed to protecting intellectual property. Further, the customer shall confirm that he/she will not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity by using our services. Also, we cannot check any services, or the use of our services under this agreement infringes the legal rights of others. Hence, we disclaim no or any means of responsibility in respect to such incidents or events whatsoever.
9. Indemnification
Customer agrees that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Myilraj.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, asserted against Myilraj.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Myilraj.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Myilraj.com; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Myilraj.com.
10. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our site and/or services on this site may contain links to any third-party websites that are not owned and/or controlled by Myilraj.com and hence, we assume no responsibility for the contents and policies outside our website. By using our site or any services on this site, you openly hold any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party websites. However, we encourage and aware our users when leaving our site to read their various policies and other governing documents.

13. Disclosure of Law Enforcement
Myilraj.com may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
14. Governing Law
Customer agrees to use our services in compliance with applicable law and this Agreement and the annexed documents, which is hereby incorporated by reference in this Agreement. Further:
a) The Terms of Agreement and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of law at Coimbatore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement or other related issues arising out of the use of this site or related services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
b) If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and agree that the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
c) Customer agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
d) Customers/Visitors who choose to visit these websites from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative. Those visitors are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations, union, state, and local or foreign, applicable to the use of this website and information, content, material, and services contained herein.

Myilraj.com may reserve the full rights to add, edit or modify any or all parts of this agreement at our sole discretion from time to time. Hence, it’s our user’s responsibility to keep themselves updated about our terms before using our services.
